Potential Delays: The estimated shipping times are based on normal operating conditions. They may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances (including residual impacts from global events like the pandemic). In such cases, processing and transit may be delayed by up to an additional 7 business days.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Import Charges): Prices on our site do not include potential import charges (e.g., VAT, customs duties). These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient, as stipulated by the laws of your country. We cannot predict or control these charges, as policies vary widely.
